Hello there! My name is Sebastian.
I came out as transgender (FTM) in the most dramatic way possible — to mom while it was raining in a parking lot. For years I was ashamed of who I am, but the rain washed away all my shame, pain and fear.

I still had to wait on God's timing in Proverbs 3:5 (Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.) Throughout high school I was discovering my identity, but I was still in the closet for my safety. Yet that was only the beginning of my journey.
God was/is there for me every step of the way, and I relied on Him to guide me. No matter what trial or tribulation I confronted, it made me stronger — to keep moving forward and never give up.
Now having the blessing of transitioning and being surrounded by supportive love ones, I have learned that I am BELOVED.
I am a son of God.
And I am not ashamed.
