I am Pelayo Alvarez and I was raised Catholic in Spain. Back then, any answers related to religion or faith were given, and questions were forbidden.
Because of this, I always knew I wanted to build a space for people to be able to freely discuss questions about God, life, religion and spirituality.
That’s why Melissa Weisz and I created the “Forbidden Apple” podcast so queer folks can reclaim spirituality – whatever this means to them.
